Please read before registering:

Please use this registration form to sponsor your student leaders (i.e., interns, peer advisors, resident advisors, student assistants, volunteers, etc.) to attend the All-U Leadership Conference to be held on September 28 - September 29, 2019 at the Great Wolf Lodge in Garden Grove, CA.

Student sponsorship includes: room, meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sept. 28 and breakfast and lunch on Sept. 29), transportation from UCI to the conference site (round trip), facilities, and conference materials. 

Department registration typically begins mid July and continues through mid August. Initially, departments register to place a hold on a specific number of participant registrations. Departments will reserve a number of spaces and input student UCINetIDs (no later than August 10) to initiate registration for individual students. Students will then be responsible for confirming their space and submitting their registration information.

Throughout the summer, departments provide participant roster information either individually or in bulk until all holds have been filled or relinquished by the registration deadline. Departments are financially responsible for spaces they reserve by August 9 regardless if spaces are not filled with a UCInetID, or if the student did not complete their registration by August 23. No refunds will be given if students do not show up to the conference.

Registration Fee $80 - Day 1 (Saturday)
$60 - Day 2 (Sunday)
$140 - Both Saturday & Sunday

Please use this registration form to register yourself or another staff member to attend the All-U Leadership Conference to be held on September 28 - September 29, 2019 at the Great Wolf Lodge in Garden Grove, CA.

Staff registration includesmeals (on the days you wish to attend) and facility fees. 

Space subject to availability and individual registration may close before the registration deadline.

Staff members are welcome to stay overnight for the conference weekend. Departments are responsible for hotel and conference registration fees.

For hotel reservations, information will be sent after individuals submit their staff registration.
